Private Party Rates:
Friday, Saturday Rate: $800 - this includes up to 20 people.
$40 for each additional person.
Monday-Thursday Rate: $350 - this includes up to 10 people.
$35 for each additional person.
The studio will be closed to the public and a deposit fee of $150 is required at time of booking.
WOOD HAMMER AND STAIN
HOW TO BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY:
Choose your preferred date and time for your guests (no later start than 6:30pm). The workshop is available 7 nights a week for private parties and any time on Saturday/Sunday, with the exception of scheduled private parties/public workshops.
Deposit: A $150 deposit is required to reserve the studio space for private parties. This ensures you have the space to yourself to enjoy the workshop! All deposits are refundable once the party minimums are met. Private Party minimums are 10 Monday-Thursday and 12 Friday-Sunday. During November and December the minimum will be higher
Registration: Your guests will pay individually via your reservations link once created. Registration closes 5 days prior to your party in order to create your designs and build your projects.
Project Options: Most adult projects range from $45-$85.
Workshop: We provide all of the materials, tools, and step by step instruction! Choose up to 6 project options for your group (which can be found under project gallery on our page, subject to change/update). All projects are raw wood and your guests customize everything in studio from choice of stains/paints. We provide aprons for your group and a table or two for food/drinks.
We are BYOB for your drinks and you can bring in the food that you would like to enjoy during the party. You have the space up to 3 hours. If you need the studio longer the rate is $50 per half hour. If 2 weeks before your event you do not have the minimum the studio reserves the right to open the event to the public.
